Patrick Bain Web Services provides website design, development, and maintenance services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Quotes and scope
Quotes are based on agreed project scope. Requests outside the agreed scope may require an updated quote. Revisions included in a package cover reasonable refinements, not full redesigns.
Payments
Payment terms are defined per project. Standard terms are a deposit to begin work and final payment due before launch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party tools
Some features may rely on third-party services such as booking or payment providers. In those cases, clients may be responsible for third-party subscription fees directly.
